Icelandic Speaking Customer Support Specialist

Key responsibilities

• Assist Icelandic‑speaking clients via email, phone, and live chat with booking, payment, and account inquiries.
• Act as a liaison between customers and service providers to ensure swift, high‑quality resolution of issues.
• Maintain complete accuracy when updating customer accounts using our CRM system and internal databases.
• Follow established company procedures while adapting creatively to solve unique customer challenges.

Required profile

• Native or C2 level Icelandic and fluent English (written and spoken).
• Excellent verbal and written communication with strong active‑listening abilities.
• Strong critical thinking and solution‑driven problem‑solving mindset.
• Resilience and adaptability when handling high‑volume or complex situations.
• Prior experience in customer support, retail, or hospitality is an advantage.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Office 365.
• Experience using CRM platforms.
• Comfort with general web interfaces.
