National Partner Manager – Insight

About the role

Rubrik is seeking a National Partner Manager to own and grow the strategic relationship with Insight across the United States. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to drive revenue, increase partner mindshare, and deliver joint marketing and enablement initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Own the national partnership with Insight, defining and executing business plans to exceed annual targets.
• Collaborate with Field Sales, Systems Engineering, Channel Marketing, Alliances and Sales Operations to align resources.
• Design and launch joint marketing campaigns, partner events and demand‑generation activities.
• Drive national sales and technical strategies, including enablement sessions for partner sales and engineering staff.
• Facilitate account mapping and territory planning between Rubrik account executives and Insight partners.
• Identify and develop Partner‑Initiated deals and Proof‑of‑Concept opportunities.
• Provide regular business updates to senior leadership on both sides.

Required profile

• Hard‑working, driven and highly motivated with a collaborative team spirit.
• Deep knowledge of data management, data protection, storage or cybersecurity markets.
• Confident communicator capable of presenting to large audiences and hosting events.
• Proven ability to identify and initiate partner deals while working closely with account teams.
