AI Integration Manager

About the role

The AI Integration Manager will spearhead the identification, evaluation, and deployment of artificial intelligence tools across Cultures io’s investment and cultural‑strategy functions. Working remotely on a contract basis, you will map existing workflows, propose AI‑enabled enhancements, and coordinate implementation with internal teams and external technology partners.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct needs assessments and map current processes to uncover AI opportunities.
• Research, test, and recommend AI platforms, machine‑learning tools, and workflow‑automation solutions.
• Develop integration plans, including API‑based connectivity and solution architecture.
• Establish governance, risk, and compliance standards for AI usage, aligning with ethical guidelines.
• Create documentation, training materials, and knowledge‑sharing practices to drive adoption.
• Monitor performance metrics and continuously refine AI systems.

Required profile

• Strong background in AI, data analysis, and machine‑learning‑enabled tools.
• Hands‑on experience with systems integration, API connectivity, and solution architecture.
• Proven ability to map processes, gather requirements, and develop road‑maps.
• Familiarity with AI governance frameworks, data privacy, and responsible AI practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for translating technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
• Experience in venture‑capital, finance, consulting, or technology environments is a plus.
