About the role

EWOR is building a new department focused on cutting‑edge artificial intelligence initiatives. As an Artificial Intelligence AgentOps Engineer you will work remotely, turning high‑level strategic ideas into production‑ready AI solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and execute core 0‑to‑1 AI projects, from prototype to production.
• Translate strategic vision into concrete execution roadmaps.
• Architect scalable AI systems and drive critical milestones.
• Collaborate directly with the department founder and a world‑class engineering team.

Required profile

• Based in Europe or the Americas (or willing to work remotely).
• High‑agency builder mindset with proven domain expertise.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
