Sales Advisor – Full-time & Part-time

About the role

As a Sales Advisor you will create an outstanding customer experience in an H&M store, welcoming shoppers, guiding them through the store and helping them find the right products.

Key responsibilities

• Share fashion and product knowledge to assist customers in making informed choices.
• Collaborate with the team to deliver exceptional service throughout the customer journey.
• Maintain a well‑stocked, organized and inviting sales floor and back‑of‑house area.
• Support opening and closing procedures of the store.
• Represent the brand positively during all customer interactions.

Required profile

• Experience in customer service within fashion, retail or a similar field.
• Passion for fashion and delivering an in‑store experience that drives sales.
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative, dynamic environment.
• Strong communication skills and curiosity for store technology.
• Flexibility and action‑oriented mindset.

Required skills

• Customer service experience.
• Basic familiarity with retail point‑of‑sale systems.
