About the role

This position is based in a brewery environment and focuses on operating production lines and filling equipment to meet planned output targets. The role requires close collaboration with maintenance teams and a commitment to quality and safety.

Key responsibilities

• Perform product filling in line with production schedules.
• Manage and monitor production machinery, ensuring product quality.
• Conduct troubleshooting together with maintenance personnel.
• Participate in regular preventive maintenance of equipment.
• Carry out general cleaning and housekeeping of the work area.
• Handle other occasional tasks as required.

Required profile

• Experience in production or plant machinery is desirable.
• Independent work style and analytical thinking.
• Punctual, reliable and honest.
• Basic computer literacy.
• Good interpersonal skills and a positive attitude.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Proficiency in Icelandic or English.
