Junior Continuous Improvement Engineer / Analyst

About the role

The Junior Continuous Improvement Engineer / Analyst supports Engineering Operational Excellence initiatives across manufacturing, engineering, utilities, facilities, automation, reliability and compliance functions. The position offers a structured development pathway toward future roles in engineering, reliability, maintenance and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Support execution of engineering continuous improvement projects, taking ownership of lower‑ and medium‑complexity initiatives.
• Collect, organise and analyse performance data, prepare KPI reports, dashboards and trend summaries.
• Maintain project action logs, trackers, meeting minutes and follow‑up with owners to ensure timely delivery.
• Assist with root‑cause analysis, FMEA, risk assessments and value‑stream mapping activities.

Required profile

• Currently studying or recently graduated in Engineering, Science, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Business or a related technical discipline.
• Strong analytical abilities, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Good communication skills and experience working with cross‑functional stakeholders.

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, RCA and FMEA methodologies.
• Familiarity with KPI reporting and project‑tracking tools.
• Exposure to SAP PM or other CMMS systems is a plus.
