CapEx PMO Systems Specialist

About the role

The CapEx PMO Systems Specialist will own and administer the portfolio of PMO systems, reporting platforms, and digital tools that support capital investment planning. This role combines system ownership, solution development, and business partnership to drive digital transformation and operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Own and administer CapEx PMO systems, including Power BI reporting environment, Asana, and other approved applications.
• Develop and maintain the PMO systems roadmap, overseeing enhancements, integrations, and digitalization initiatives.
• Design, develop, and maintain integrations across Power Platform, SharePoint, Workday, SAP, Microsoft Project, Asana, and other enterprise systems.
• Create applications, workflows, automations, dashboards, and reporting solutions to improve portfolio visibility.
• Lead development of resource planning, forecasting, and analytical tools for portfolio management.
• Collaborate with project management, engineering, finance, procurement, IT, and leadership to translate business requirements into scalable digital solutions.

Required profile

• B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Data Science, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in software development, business intelligence, system administration, integration, automation, or data analytics.
• Proven track record delivering applications, workflows, dashboards, and data‑driven business tools.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in a regulated pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or GxP environment is desirable.
