Continuous Improvement Manager

About the role

The Continuous Improvement Manager leads site‑wide Operational Excellence and continuous improvement initiatives across Engineering functions. This role owns strategic improvement programs, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope and aligned with business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead Engineering Operational Excellence programs, translating business priorities into structured roadmaps with clear scope, milestones and success measures.
• Manage cross‑functional improvement projects such as Spare Parts Management, FMEA implementation, SAP PM deployment, reliability programs and governance improvements.
• Partner with Facilities, Plant Engineering, Automation, Manufacturing, Quality, Compliance, Maintenance and Reliability stakeholders to align on sustainable results.
• Define, monitor and report Engineering performance indicators linked to safety, quality, delivery, cost, reliability and asset productivity.
• Support implementation of maintenance and reliability best practices, leading FMEA, criticality assessments, RCA activities and risk‑based initiatives.
• Ensure all improvement activities comply with GMP, Data Integrity, EHS and regulatory requirements, strengthening audit readiness.
• Coach project teams and build continuous improvement capability through structured methods and knowledge sharing.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, Operations Management, Business or related field; advanced degree or Lean Six Sigma certification preferred.
• Proven experience leading continuous improvement, operational excellence, reliability or project delivery initiatives in a regulated manufacturing environment.
• Strong ability to influence cross‑functional teams, facilitate decision‑making and deliver measurable business outcomes.
