Cybersecurity Co-Founder / Head of Growth (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for an ambitious entrepreneur to lead the growth of a new cybersecurity startup. You will be employed directly by our founding team and will have full ownership of building, scaling, and eventually exiting the business.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the go‑to‑market strategy for the cybersecurity product.
• Lead customer acquisition, sales, and marketing initiatives to achieve rapid growth.
• Work closely with serial entrepreneurs and unicorn founders to refine the product‑market fit.
• Recruit and manage a high‑performing team using our network of 50,000 professionals.
• Prepare the company for multi‑million‑euro funding rounds.

Required profile

• Based in Europe or the Americas (or willing to relocate).
• Ready to take full responsibility for a startup and aim for €100M+ in revenue.
• Excellent communication skills in English.

• Proven ability to drive growth in early‑stage technology companies.
