Data Center Technician – On‑site (Blonduos)

About the role

The Data Centre Technician is responsible for maintaining the availability and reliability of CoreWeave’s data‑centre infrastructure in Blonduos. You will perform hardware and network diagnostics, execute physical repairs, and support on‑site operations to meet defined service levels.

Key responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve hardware and networking failures.
• Perform physical repairs and replace server components.
• Conduct root‑cause analysis and document findings.
• Develop and maintain scripts or documentation for hardware updates.
• Provide training to internal teams on equipment handling.
• Respond to on‑site equipment failures within 60 minutes while on‑call.
• Travel up to 10% to other data‑centre locations as needed.

Required profile

• Experience troubleshooting and assembling computer hardware.
• Proficiency with Linux operating systems.
• Ability to lift and position equipment up to 50 lb.
• Comfort working in confined or elevated spaces for extended periods.
• Flexibility to work a rotating on‑call schedule in a 24/7 environment.
• Capability to operate in temperature ranges from 60°F to 90°F.
