• Own the central communication process to stores and field teams.
• Build a high‑performing central operations function.

• Proven experience in managing multi‑site retail operations.
• Expertise in operating model design.
• Labour modelling and workforce planning skills.
• Track record of transformation and continuous improvement.
• Strong data and commercial acumen.
• Experience working with technology teams on operational systems.
