Head of Warehouses

About the role

The Head of Warehouses leads the warehousing organization in Iceland, setting operational strategy, priorities and governance to ensure safe, compliant and efficient operations. This senior leader owns budget planning, cost control and drives productivity, waste reduction and resource optimization across the function.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement corporate and site policies, regulatory requirements, and ensure inspection readiness.
• Partner with Quality, Manufacturing, Engineering, Supply Chain, EHS and IT to remove constraints, manage escalations and deliver improvements.
• Lead, develop and manage managers and teams, overseeing hire‑to‑retire processes, capability building, succession and performance management.
