Icelandic‑Speaking Instagram Appointment Setter (Fitness)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Instagram Appointment Setter to join a growing fitness business and help convert Instagram conversations into qualified appointments.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and respond to Instagram direct messages.
• Engage with followers and potential clients in Icelandic.
• Start and maintain natural conversations with prospective clients.
• Qualify leads based on fitness goals, needs, and suitability.
• Follow up with potential clients.
• Book qualified prospects into appointments or calls.
• Maintain accurate records of conversations and appointments.
• Represent the fitness brand professionally.

Required profile

• Fluent in Icelandic (required).
• Strong written and conversational communication skills in Icelandic.
• Previous experience as an appointment setter, preferably through Instagram DMs.
• Experience in the fitness, health, coaching, or online services industry is an advantage.
• Confident in engaging with prospects and building rapport through DMs.
• Able to follow scripts, processes, and lead‑qualification criteria.
• Reliable, organised, and able to work independently.
• Available for the required 4‑hour split schedule.
