About the role

We are looking for a proactive leader to head digital marketing and development at MOSS. The role is responsible for strategy, performance and the evolution of our digital services.

Key responsibilities

• Develop digital strategy and advise clients on META, Google, measurement, conversion and the digital journey.
• Lead performance and quality of digital campaigns.
• Design processes and systems that strengthen MOSS’s digital service offering.
• Monitor the latest developments in AI, automation and digital marketing and drive their implementation within MOSS.
• Enhance digital knowledge and capabilities across the team.
• Collaborate closely with account managers, creative teams and clients.

Required profile

• Proven experience in digital marketing.
• Deep knowledge of META and Google Ads and understanding of how digital marketing components work together.
• Strong interest in AI, automation and emerging technologies, with a desire to test, learn and implement new solutions.
• Excellent analytical and data‑driven decision‑making skills, linking data to business objectives.
• Ability to communicate complex digital concepts in a clear and simple manner to clients and colleagues.
• Independent, curious, solution‑oriented and motivated to develop both personally and the service offering.
• Sharp eye for opportunities and initiative to create new value‑adding approaches for clients.
