Risk and Quality Assurance Analyst – Deloitte

About the role

Deloitte's Risk and Quality Department is looking for a motivated, independent team member to join a variety of projects focused on quality management, process optimisation and regulatory compliance. The role is ideal for recent graduates interested in risk assessment and quality assurance.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in the implementation of procedures, regulations and standards.
• Register activities in the quality system and conduct risk assessments.
• Monitor regulatory compliance and risk evaluation.
• Obtain client approvals and ensure legal compliance.
• Maintain extensive communication with other Deloitte divisions.
• Review annual financial statements and other data.

Required profile

• University education relevant to the role, such as business administration.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative attitude.
• Professional, independent and thorough work habits.
• Strong interest in learning about quality and regulatory compliance.
• Critical thinking and analytical abilities.
• Fluent written and spoken Icelandic and English.
