Senior Growth Marketing Manager – App Installs

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Growth Marketing Manager to own and scale paid‑media campaigns that acquire new users for our privacy‑focused app. You will lead end‑to‑end planning, execution, testing and analysis to drive profitable growth while upholding our privacy‑respecting principles.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and optimise app acquisition campaigns across Google, Microsoft and Apple ad platforms.
• Launch and evaluate new ad‑channel tests, measuring incremental lift.
• Run in‑market experiments on creative and messaging to improve install conversion.
• Own a portfolio of existing channels (Google Ads, paid social, app‑install campaigns) and scale them efficiently.
• Apply aggregate measurement and experimentation rather than user‑level tracking.

Required profile

• 7+ years in digital advertising, with at least 2 years focused on consumer‑app marketing.
• Hands‑on experience building paid digital programmes (Google Ads, Apple Ads, Microsoft Ads) and familiarity with non‑digital media such as CTV and TV.
• Proven track record of profitably scaling app‑install growth while improving unit economics.
• Ability to manage complex, ambiguous projects that span strategy and execution.
• Experience designing incrementality tests (geo holdouts, lift studies, ghost ads).
• Strong analytical skills for modelling payback, LTV and scenario planning.
