Senior Software Engineer – AI Platform for Short-Term Rentals

About the role

We are looking for a highly ambitious Senior Software Engineer to build and scale Base360.ai, an AI operating system for short‑term rental businesses. You will design, develop, and own customer‑facing products, automation engines, AI‑powered workflows and integrations that directly impact property managers, their teams and guests.

Key responsibilities

• Architect and develop scalable applications, services and APIs for reservations, pricing, payments and property operations.
• Build event‑driven automation workflows and AI‑powered systems that reduce manual work for property managers.
• Create robust API‑first integrations with platforms such as Airbnb, Stripe, Twilio, OpenAI and Google.
• Deploy and manage cloud‑native, serverless infrastructure on AWS to ensure reliability and performance.

Required profile

• Strong experience building and owning production‑grade software systems.
• Ability to work independently, make sound technical decisions and balance speed with maintainability.
• Product mindset with curiosity about AI, automation and operational efficiency.
