Sustainability & Regeneration Manager

About the role

atNorth is seeking a Sustainability & Regeneration Manager to lead and coordinate its group‑wide sustainability agenda. You will be responsible for implementing strategic initiatives, ensuring robust governance, and delivering transparent reporting across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Support compliance with EU sustainability regulations, including the EU Taxonomy.
• Prepare and manage sustainability data sets for internal and external reporting.
• Contribute to ISO‑certified management systems, internal audits, and voluntary frameworks such as the Future‑Fit Business Benchmark and UN Global Compact.
• Shape and execute atNorth’s sustainability and regeneration strategy at both group and site levels.
• Lead cross‑functional projects, partnerships with startups and external experts, and stakeholder engagement activities.
• Monitor performance, identify risks, and improve tracking and reporting processes.

Required profile

• Experience in sustainability, ESG, regeneration, or related fields within a corporate or industrial setting.
• Strong understanding of EU sustainability regulations and reporting frameworks.
• Proven project‑management and cross‑functional coordination abilities.
• Ability to work strategically while handling detailed execution.

Required skills

• Familiarity with EU Taxonomy and other EU sustainability regulations.
• Experience with ISO‑certified management systems and internal audit processes.
