Visual Merchandiser - Smaralind, Reykjavik

About the role

H&M Group is hiring two full-time Visual Merchandisers for its Smaralind store in Reykjavik, starting upon agreement. The role is based in the store and requires working during opening hours. Candidates need language skills in Icelandic or English, and the communication and interview process will be in Norwegian if convenient. Key responsibilities

• Implement visual, commercial and styling curation according to store guidelines and calendars to enhance the customer experience and drive sales.
• Analyse sales performance, maintain stock levels, ensure garment care and prioritise visual and commercial opportunities with Store Management.
• Use trend and competitor insights to coach and develop the store team.
• Represent the brand positively in all customer interactions and support Sales Market with store expansion projects.

Required profile

• Strong visual merchandising and commercial experience in a dynamic environment, with a solution-oriented mindset.
• Knowledge of how to manage, analyse and act on sales reports and the selling equation.
• Passion for fashion and motivation to create outstanding customer experiences while promoting sales.
• Creative, curious, proactive, flexible and action oriented.
• Skilled communicator able to lead and inspire store teams.
