Chargé·e de communication 360

About the role

The association EPAL is looking for a Communication 360 Specialist to strengthen its communication strategy, increase visibility and support its digital transformation. You will work closely with internal teams, volunteers and partners to promote the organisation’s activities and values.

Key responsibilities

• Create graphic designs for digital and printed media, including catalogs, newsletters, web banners and event materials.
• Produce visual content for social networks, email campaigns and internal communications.
• Develop, administer and maintain the association’s website using a CMS (WordPress) and optimise content for SEO.
• Update and enrich the intranet to facilitate information flow and team cohesion.
• Support pole managers in planning and executing their communication plans.
• Write editorial pieces that highlight projects, actions and news of the association.

Required profile

• Strong creativity and a solid sense of visual identity.
• Ability to collaborate with various internal departments and external partners.
• Interest in promoting social‑economy values and inclusive leisure initiatives.

Required skills

• WordPress (CMS management).
• Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) techniques.
