Cleaning Operative – Facilities Management

About the role

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Cleaning Operative to maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment across our facilities. You will perform routine and reactive cleaning tasks while delivering excellent customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Complete daily cleaning duties to agreed standards and report any maintenance issues.
• Respond promptly to cleaning requests, carry out periodic specialist tasks, and maintain cleaning supplies.
• Use cleaning equipment and chemicals safely, perform basic equipment checks, and keep storage areas orderly.

Required profile

• Positive, professional attitude with a flexible, team‑player approach.
• Strong time‑keeping, reliability and attention to detail.
• Good communication skills and ability to read and speak English for safe working practices.
