Commercial & Designer Sales Manager

About the role

Cosentino, a global leader in innovative building materials, is seeking a Commercial & Designer Sales Manager to drive product awareness and sales across interior and exterior applications. You will work in a multinational environment, engaging with architects, designers, developers and contractors to expand the market for our flagship products.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute short‑ and long‑term sales plans targeting architectural firms, developers, corporate accounts and property owners.
• Identify and pursue new project opportunities through direct outreach and professional relationships.
• Present Cosentino products in formal meetings and events, securing specifications and sales.
• Maintain accurate project and client data in the Salesforce CRM system.
• Manage the sales development of surfacing products for both interior and exterior applications.
• Represent Cosentino at local industry events and community gatherings.
• Oversee sales budgets and ensure expenses stay within allocated limits.
• Support corporate account rollout programs and coordinate sales collateral, technical data, samples and proposals.

Required profile

• Proven experience in B2B sales within the building‑materials or architectural sector.
• Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with architects, designers and developers.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Results‑driven mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets.
