Commercial Operations Executive (Fixed‑Term, Iceland)

About the role

We are looking for a Commercial Operations Executive to join our Iceland field team on a six‑month fixed‑term contract starting July 2026. The role supports our principal commercial partner and helps improve the tax‑free shopping experience for tourists across the country.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver in‑store training and raise awareness for key merchant partners.
• Manage stationery delivery and stock upkeep at high‑traffic partner locations.
• Provide first‑line phone support on the dedicated Icelandic number.
• Maintain an on‑floor presence during cruise arrivals and peak tourist periods.
• Cover refund points at Keflavík Airport and smaller airports and ports.
• Perform administrative tasks and generate reports for the global Tax‑Free Support team.

Required profile

• Based in Iceland and available for full‑time or part‑time work.
• Strong customer‑facing attitude with excellent communication skills.
• Flexibility to work during high‑traffic tourist days and weekends.
• Organised and able to handle multiple operational tasks.
