Courier Driver – Full-Time Route in Garðabær

About the role
DHL Express Iceland is looking for a driver for a full-time route in Garðabær, working in the company's driver team at its station in Midhraun. The work covers handling and processing parcels for customers and partners, with a schedule from 09:30 to 17:30 on Monday to Thursday and 09:30 to 16:45 on Fridays; the hours change in autumn.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver and collect parcels for customers
- Handle and process parcels for transport
- Communicate with customers and colleagues in other departments
- Take part in other tasks within the department
Required profile
- Experienced, motivated and independent person with a strong service attitude
- Good communication skills and good customer service
- Accurate and organised way of working
- Good Icelandic and English
- Valid driving licence and clean driving record
