Customer Relations Agent

About the role

Join Teya’s Customer Relations team to be the primary point of contact for our members, helping local businesses across Iceland feel heard, supported and set up for success. You will contribute to shaping our services by sharing member feedback and collaborating with product teams.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to member inquiries via phone, email and live chat, providing timely and helpful assistance, ensuring issues are resolved efficiently.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with businesses throughout Iceland, fostering trust and loyalty.
• Represent the members’ voice inside Teya, influencing product and service improvements based on real‑world feedback.
• Collaborate with a dynamic, cross‑functional team to deliver high‑quality results and continuously improve processes.

Required profile

• Strong service mindset and a genuine people‑person attitude, always putting members first.
• Excellent communication skills in Icelandic and English, both written and verbal.
• Team player who thrives on shared goals and a results‑driven environment.
• Ambitious, curious and eager to learn new skills, taking on challenges proactively.
