DevTools Co-Founder / Head of Growth (100% remote)

About the role

We are looking for ambitious entrepreneurs to launch and scale their own DevTools startup. You will be directly employed by us while you build a company with the goal of reaching €1B+ valuation.

Key responsibilities

• Own, build, and run a DevTools startup from idea to product‑market‑fit.
• Iterate the product with guidance from unicorn founders until market fit is achieved.
• Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to drive growth.
• Lead hiring efforts using our network of over 50,000 professionals.
• Prepare the startup for multi‑million euro funding rounds.

Required profile

• Based in Europe or the Americas, or willing to relocate.
• Ready to take full responsibility for scaling a startup to €100M+ in revenue.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
