Documentation Assistant – 9‑Month Project

About the role

Join atNorth’s fast‑growing Nordic data‑center group as a Documentation Assistant on a nine‑month fixed‑term project. You will help shape a more structured and accessible documentation landscape that supports teams across Iceland, Sweden, Finland, Denmark and Norway.

Key responsibilities

• Restructure and reorganise existing content to align with atNorth documentation standards.
• Rename, categorise, tag and apply metadata to improve discoverability.
• Migrate documentation into new templates and folder structures.
• Identify and reconcile duplicate, outdated or redundant material.
• Support the development and rollout of standardised documentation practices.
• Contribute to overall documentation quality and consistency across multiple functions.

Required profile

• Comfortable working, writing and collaborating in English.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Quick learner of new digital tools and systems.
• Ability to work independently while coordinating with colleagues in several countries.
• Early‑career professional, recent graduate or anyone seeking practical experience in a corporate environment.

Required skills

• Experience with or willingness to learn enterprise documentation tools (e.g., content management systems, tagging frameworks).
