About the role
Omrics Global is looking for reliable local technical staff and field engineers based in Reykjavik, Iceland, to partner with us on an ongoing client engagement. The role involves scheduled preventive maintenance checks for AV systems and on‑demand break/fix call‑outs to meet active SLA requirements.
Key responsibilities
- Perform routine preventive maintenance checks on client AV and IT systems in Reykjavik.
- Execute prompt on‑site break/fix troubleshooting and resolution.
- Maintain clear communication and reporting following site visits.
Required profile
- Proven hands‑on experience with AV systems, IT hardware, and general break/fix support.
- Based in or immediately around Reykjavik, Iceland.
- Reliable transportation for on‑site dispatches.
