Finance Process & ERP Manager

About the role

Join atNorth as the Finance Process & ERP Manager, leading finance excellence and ERP governance across the Nordic region. You will shape scalable, standardized financial and operational processes that support the company’s continued expansion.

Key responsibilities

• Own and govern process standards for Finance, Procurement, Projects and related operational areas.
• Ensure aligned and compliant processes across Iceland, Sweden, Norway, Finland and Denmark.
• Maintain process documentation, workflows, controls and governance structures.
• Drive the ERP roadmap, prioritize enhancements, integrations, fixes and change requests.
• Coordinate testing, documentation, user‑acceptance and change‑management activities.
• Lead the super‑user network, train key users and promote consistent system usage.
• Facilitate continuous improvement initiatives and knowledge sharing across functions and geographies.

Required profile

• Proven ability to act as a central link between Finance, IT, Operations, Procurement, Business Control and external ERP partners.
• Experience leading finance excellence or ERP process functions in a multi‑country environment.
• Strong understanding of group accounting principles and operational standards.
• Leadership skills to train, support and coordinate super‑users across regions.
