Floor Manager

About the role

As a Floor Manager you will lead the shop floor, creating memorable customer experiences and driving sales results. Working with a passionate team, you will set the tone for a welcoming and inspiring store environment while ensuring operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver high‑level customer service through expert styling advice, strong product knowledge and an engaging store experience.
• Analyse sales data and collaborate with the Store Manager to maximise department performance.
• Lead, motivate and develop a team of Sales Advisors to meet service and presentation standards.
• Support recruitment, onboarding and training of new team members.
• Identify and nurture future talent, contributing to development plans.
• Oversee daily store operations, ensuring efficiency and alignment with brand standards.
• Act as a brand ambassador, delivering the best possible experience for every customer.
• Step in as Store Manager when required to ensure continuity of leadership.

Required profile

• Previous retail experience, preferably in fashion, with solid knowledge of store operations and standards.
• Customer‑focused mindset and genuine passion for the product range.
• Strong communication skills, able to give clear direction and constructive feedback.
• Adaptable and flexible, comfortable working varied hours including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Analytical thinking with understanding of key retail KPIs.

Required skills

• Good knowledge of store operations and standards.
• Understanding of retail performance metrics.
