Group Sales Executive

About the role

The Group Sales Executive supports Marriott/EDITION Hotels by delivering revenue‑generating sales while maintaining strong guest loyalty. This full‑time, on‑site position involves handling guest inquiries, reservations, and up‑selling opportunities across multiple channels.

Key responsibilities

• Contact guests, resolve requests, and use sales techniques to maximize revenue and loyalty.
• Process reservation requests, changes, cancellations, and Marriott Rewards redemptions via phone, fax or mail.
• Enter guest and rewards information into the hotel’s reservation system accurately.
• Provide complimentary gifts such as reward points, tickets, or certificates to recognize guest patronage.
• Perform general office duties for the Sales & Marketing team, including filing, emailing, and typing.
• Assist management in training and motivating staff, acting as a role model.
• Maintain professional appearance, confidentiality, and adherence to company policies.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years of related sales or guest services experience.
• No supervisory experience required.
• No specific license or certification needed.
