M&A Integration Specialist

About the role

Deel is looking for an M&A Integration Specialist to drive its growth strategy through acquisitions and post‑transaction integration. The role blends financial analysis, valuation, and operational execution to ensure new companies are seamlessly incorporated into Deel’s global fintech platform.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate acquisition targets that align with Deel’s strategic objectives.
• Build and maintain detailed financial models to assess transaction economics and projected returns.
• Conduct company valuations using discounted cash flow (DCF), comparable company, and precedent transaction analyses.
• Analyze tax structures, payment flows, regulatory frameworks, and legal considerations across multiple jurisdictions.
• Lead cross‑functional integration planning, coordinating finance, legal, compliance, and product teams to achieve successful post‑deal integration.
• Prepare investment memoranda and present findings to senior leadership.

Required profile

• Proven experience in M&A, corporate development, or investment banking with a focus on financial modeling and valuation.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to work with complex, multi‑jurisdictional data.
• Excellent communication skills to convey findings to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
