Manager, Operational Excellence (FBN)

About the role

CCEP is seeking an Operational Excellence Manager to drive continuous improvement across its supply chain network in France, Benelux and the Nordics. You will work closely with site teams, operational leaders and European colleagues to deliver sustainable performance enhancements.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and deploy the continuous improvement roadmap, delivering initiatives that boost performance, efficiency and capability.
• Implement performance management tools, analyse operational data and identify improvement opportunities.
• Partner with site leadership to embed continuous improvement practices and support integration of new technologies.
• Lead the Operational Excellence network, design and deliver training, and promote knowledge sharing across sites.
• Manage short‑ and medium‑term improvement projects, support audits and ensure actions are tracked and delivered.

Required profile

• Experience in performance analysis, continuous improvement or operational excellence within a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.
• Degree‑level qualification or equivalent professional experience.
• Demonstrated leadership through influence, strong problem‑solving skills and ability to work autonomously.
• Fluent English and willingness to travel occasionally to manufacturing sites and head‑office locations.

Required skills

• Proficiency with SAP or similar operational systems.
• Experience using Lineview or comparable tools.
• Advanced Excel skills for data analysis and performance reporting.
