Production role in Silicone Department – Future Position

About the role
Join our team to manufacture high‑quality silicone cases for customers worldwide. You will work in a dynamic production environment that values safety, continuous improvement and employee input.
Key responsibilities
- Produce silicone cases according to specifications and quality standards.
- Maintain a safe and clean work area.
- Participate in process‑improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with colleagues to meet production targets.
- Report any equipment issues or safety concerns promptly.
Required profile
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Positive attitude, honesty and punctuality.
- Drive, assertiveness and willingness to influence the work environment.
- Good command of Icelandic and/or English.
