QC Laboratory Technician

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented QC Laboratory Technician to support daily quality‑control operations in a GMP‑compliant environment. The role focuses on maintaining a clean, organized laboratory while ensuring all activities meet strict quality and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Perform routine cleaning and facility sanitation.
• Verify and maintain laboratory equipment, including relocation of qualified instruments.
• Prepare reagents and solutions according to standard instructions.
• Care for, wash, and organise laboratory glassware.
• Manage laboratory inventory, conduct stock checks and raise purchase requests.
• Review laboratory logbooks to uphold Good Laboratory Practices (GLP).
• Maintain cleanliness of assigned lab areas.
• Identify workflow or organization improvement opportunities.
• Support change‑management activities and related tasks.

Required profile

• Technician or Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biology, Pharmaceutical Sciences or related field.
• 1‑3 years of relevant experience (highly desirable).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient with PC and Microsoft Office (Word, Visio, Excel).
• Strong initiative, attention to detail and precise work habits.
• Fluent command of English, both written and spoken.
