Quality Engineer

About the role

Prism Plastics, Inc., a member of the Marmon Holdings family, is seeking a Quality Engineer to ensure the highest standards of product quality in its manufacturing operations. The role involves performing both routine and non‑routine testing, analyzing production work, and documenting any quality control issues that arise.

Key responsibilities

• Complete product quality checks on plastic components and finished goods.
• Conduct routine and non‑routine testing and analysis of production processes.
• Review quality check results for accuracy and consistency.
• Document quality control issues and communicate findings to relevant teams.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives by providing data‑driven insights.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in a quality engineering or quality assurance role within a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to work under broad supervision while maintaining attention to detail.
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on problem identification and resolution.
• Willingness to complete additional job‑related screening processes after a conditional offer.
