Senior Manager, Operational Excellence

About the role

CCEP is seeking a Senior Manager of Operational Excellence to lead the continuous improvement agenda across its manufacturing and supply‑chain operations in France, Benelux and the Nordics. The role partners with site leaders and functional heads to embed a culture of sustainable performance improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and deliver an operational excellence roadmap, aligning initiatives with business priorities and long‑term growth.
• Lead end‑to‑end performance improvement programmes, analyse operational data, conduct audits and track delivery against targets.
• Champion a culture of continuous improvement, coaching leaders, facilitating knowledge sharing and ensuring scalable, sustainable change.
• Promote safety, quality, hygiene and environmental standards, integrating QESH considerations into operational decisions.

Required profile

• Significant experience in performance improvement, operational or manufacturing excellence within a fast‑paced environment.
• Proven track record of leading medium‑ and long‑term transformation programmes.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills with a passion for developing others.
