Trading and Pricing Manager

About the role

We are looking for a sharp, analytically minded Trading & Pricing Manager to help build our pricing capabilities and roadmap. The role will initially focus on WAYA, our B2C platform, while also supporting our B2B business with airlines, OTAs and other partners worldwide. This is a new, highly visible position at the intersection of commercial strategy, data analysis, and product performance.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and analyse trading activity across WAYA on a daily, weekly and monthly basis, identifying trends, anomalies and opportunities.
• Investigate under‑performing routes or segments and provide actionable recommendations.
• Actively manage pricing across routes, channels, markets and booking flows to optimise revenue and margin.
• Design and execute pricing experiments, benchmark against market conditions and forecast revenue, volume and margin impacts.
• Stay ahead of industry and competitor pricing trends and shape the pricing strategy and roadmap.
• Produce clear reports and presentations for internal stakeholders and leadership.
• Contribute to quarterly and annual planning through trading forecasts and pricing analysis.

Required profile

• 2‑4 years of experience in commercial analytics, pricing, revenue management or trading analysis/management.
• Understanding of travel industry pricing trends, best practices and pricing tools.
• Strong analytical skills and comfort working with large data sets.
• Solid grasp of pricing principles and commercial metrics such as conversion, margin and elasticity.
