Head of Commercial – Artificial Intelligence (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a senior leader to head the commercial function of our new Artificial Intelligence department. The role is fully remote and reports directly to the department founder, working with engineers, researchers and other commercial leaders to bring AI‑driven products to market.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the go‑to‑market strategy for AI‑focused solutions from concept to production.
• Translate high‑level vision into detailed road‑maps, milestones and deliverables.
• Build and manage relationships with early customers, partners and investors.
• Lead cross‑functional teams to ensure rapid validation, scaling and potential spin‑off of the department.

Required profile

• Based in Europe or the Americas, with the ability to work remotely.
• High‑agency, builder mindset with proven end‑to‑end ownership of commercial initiatives.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
