Logistics Data Coordinator

About the role

The Logistics Data Coordinator supports the analysis, design and continuous improvement of logistics processes across Alvotech’s manufacturing operations. Working in a regulated biopharmaceutical environment, you will ensure smooth material flows, accurate data management and compliance with GMP and GDP standards.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse and improve internal and inbound/outbound logistics processes.
• Maintain accurate master data, procedures, work instructions and process documentation.
• Support efficient material flows, storage, replenishment and warehouse utilisation.
• Participate in logistics projects focused on process improvement, capacity, automation and digitalisation.
• Ensure logistics activities comply with GMP, GDP, safety and Alvotech requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Up to two years of relevant professional experience; recent graduates with suitable academic or internship experience are encouraged to apply.
• Basic understanding of logistics, warehousing, inventory management and supply‑chain principles.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and organisational skills.
• Fluent written and spoken English.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Familiarity with ERP or warehouse‑management systems.
• Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma or other continuous‑improvement methods (advantage).
