Senior Manager, Product Owner – Supply Chain Asset Care

About the role

Join CCEP to lead the digital transformation of Asset Care. As a Senior Manager and Product Owner you will define the long‑term vision for the supply‑chain product, align stakeholders and drive complex projects that integrate operational technology with digital solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and communicate a strategic product vision, translate it into annual plans and prioritize requirements.
• Manage project delivery, ensuring scope, schedule, budget and quality while identifying and escalating risks.
• Identify and implement technological and process innovations to improve efficiency, reduce costs and enhance productivity.
• Collaborate with Business Process Technology, Operations, Engineering and other functions to align initiatives with corporate goals.
• Lead change management activities, including communication, training and adoption of new tools.
• Upskill local teams through training sessions and coordinate with L&D to create learning materials.
• Ensure compliance with safety, cybersecurity and industry standards.
• Manage relationships with external suppliers, service providers and internal stakeholders.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years of experience in supply‑chain, business process or technology, preferably in the beverage sector.
• 4‑5 years of experience with operational technology and digital initiatives.
• Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Information Technology, Engineering or a related discipline.
