B2B Sales & Go-to-Market Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a commercially driven B2B Sales & Go-to-Market Specialist to launch Basilon, an AI‑powered innovation platform, into the enterprise market. You will work closely with the founding team to define target segments, test market approaches, and turn prospects into commercial agreements.

Key responsibilities

• Identify companies, teams and organisations that could benefit from Basilon.
• Prospect, contact and open conversations with senior decision‑makers.
• Present and demonstrate the platform, highlighting its value for innovation, ideation and R&D workflows.
• Manage the sales cycle from initial contact through negotiation and closing.
• Negotiate commercial agreements, including pilots, partnerships and enterprise contracts.
• Help shape B2B positioning, pricing, sales process and overall go‑to‑market strategy.
• Collect structured feedback from prospects and feed insights back to product and commercial teams.

Required profile

• Proven experience selling products or services to businesses.
• Comfortable approaching senior decision‑makers and building relationships from scratch.
• Ability to prospect, pitch, follow up, negotiate and close independently.
• Interest in AI, innovation, R&D or technology commercialization.
• Based in Europe.

Required skills

• Experience with sales management tools (e.g., CRM).
