Commercial & Design Sales Manager – Facades

About the role

We are seeking a Commercial & Design Sales Manager to lead the promotion and sales of Cosentino’s surfacing solutions for interior and exterior applications. The role focuses on building relationships with architects, designers, developers and contractors to increase product specifications and drive revenue across the façade and interior markets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute short‑ and long‑term sales plans targeting architectural firms, developers, corporate accounts and property owners.
• Identify new project opportunities through direct outreach and professional networks, presenting Cosentino’s products such as Silestone®, Dekton® and Sensa®.
• Conduct formal product presentations and workshops for architects, designers and specifiers.
• Maintain accurate records of contacts, project status and sales activities in the Salesforce CRM system.
• Collaborate with internal sales teams to ensure timely delivery of samples, mock‑ups, technical data and proposals.
• Manage the assigned sales budget and monitor expenses to stay within approved limits.
• Represent Cosentino at industry events, local chapter meetings and community gatherings.

Required profile

• Proven experience in B2B sales within the building‑materials, construction or architectural sectors.
• Strong network of contacts among architects, interior designers, developers and contractors.
• Ability to create and follow structured sales plans and meet defined targets.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
