Cybersecurity Co-Founder / Head of Growth (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking an ambitious entrepreneur to lead and grow a new cybersecurity startup. As a co‑founder and Head of Growth, you will be directly employed by our venture‑building team while you build a company with the potential to reach €1B+ in valuation.

Key responsibilities

• Own, build, and run a cybersecurity startup from idea to market‑fit.
• Develop and execute growth strategies, including sales and marketing initiatives.
• Iterate the product based on user feedback and market data.
• Recruit and manage talent using our network of 50,000 professionals.
• Prepare the business for multi‑million‑euro funding rounds.

Required profile

• Based in Europe or the Americas, or willing to relocate.
• Ready to take full responsibility for scaling a startup to €100M+ in revenue.
• Excellent communication skills in English.

Required skills

• Strong understanding of the cybersecurity market.
