HR Manager / People Partner – Global Business Functions

About the role

We are seeking an experienced HR professional to act as a trusted People Partner for our Global Quality, Regulatory and business support functions. This global role supports leaders and teams across multiple locations and time zones, blending strategic HR thinking with hands‑on delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with leaders to translate business priorities into practical people actions.
• Support workforce planning, organisational changes, talent discussions and performance management.
• Handle employee relations, engagement initiatives, learning & development and leadership capability building.
• Ensure compliance, documentation, audit readiness and “right‑first‑time” execution in a highly regulated environment.
• Maintain accurate HR data and updates in Workday.
• Collaborate with People & Culture, Talent Acquisition, HR Operations and People Intelligence to provide consistent, seamless service.

Required profile

• Proven HR experience in a large, complex, highly structured organization.
• Strong business partnering skills with the ability to influence and coach managers.
• Strategic thinker who can also roll up sleeves to deliver practical solutions.
• Excellent judgment, communication and ability to work across time zones.
• Experience operating in regulated environments is a plus.
