Logistics and Inventory Coordinator

About the role

Crusoe, an AI infrastructure company, is hiring a Logistics and Inventory Coordinator for its Icelandic data center. The role takes full ownership of inventory management, keeping stock levels accurate and supporting hardware deployment and maintenance. It is a full-time, on-site position.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain accurate records of data center parts and materials in the inventory management system
• Track, receive and ship components, with proper documentation, labeling and condition checks
• Monitor stock of critical spares and consumables and coordinate reorders to avoid downtime
• Work with vendors and internal teams to track shipments and resolve delivery or quality issues
• Organize storage areas for access, safety and cleanliness in line with operational and compliance standards
• Ensure the right parts are ready for onsite hardware teams
• Run cycle counts and support inventory audits, and keep records of inventory movements and SOPs

Required profile

• Proven experience in logistics, inventory control, supply chain or a similar role (data center or high-tech a plus)
• Basic understanding of hardware components and part types preferred
• Ability to lift and handle packages up to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment
• Fluent English; Icelandic a plus
• Valid work authorization for Iceland

• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Bonus points: data center logistics experience, customs/shipping documentation, procurement/vendor work, forklift or equipment handling certification
