Warehouse Worker – Raw Material Handling

About the role

Össur, a manufacturer of support equipment, is looking for a motivated person to work in its warehouse for raw materials. The role covers receiving, handling and dispatching raw materials, and calls for an independent worker with good communication skills who is happy to join a team and take on whatever tasks are needed.

Key responsibilities

• Receive raw materials
• Inspect and handle raw materials
• Other warehouse-related tasks as needed

Required profile

• Good Icelandic spoken and written is required
• Experience in warehouse work is desirable; stock control experience is an advantage
• Lifting test is an advantage
• Knowledge of BC/Navision is an advantage
• Team player with good organisation and planning skills
