Marketing and Content Specialist

About the role

Humble is a fast‑growing Icelandic tech startup that connects consumers with restaurants, bakeries and grocery stores to reduce food waste. We are looking for a Marketing and Content Specialist to strengthen our brand, create engaging content and support the company’s rapid expansion.

Key responsibilities

• Create content for social media, website, email newsletters and paid advertising campaigns.
• Plan, launch and optimise digital marketing campaigns, including Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ads.
• Visit partner businesses, develop joint marketing projects and nurture strong relationships.
• Contribute to the planning of campaigns, events and other initiatives that drive Humble’s growth.

Required profile

• Strong interest in marketing and content creation, able to work independently and enjoy collaboration.
• Proactive mindset – generate ideas and see them through to completion.
• Excellent communication skills in both Icelandic and English.
• Valid driving licence.

Required skills

• Experience with content creation and video editing.
• Proficiency in Canva and CapCut (or similar design/video tools).
• Hands‑on experience with Meta Ads platforms.
