MedTech Co‑Founder / CSO (100% remote)

About the role

We are looking for ambitious entrepreneurs to own, build and run a MedTech startup as a Co‑Founder / Chief Scientific Officer. The position is fully remote and you will be directly employed by the programme sponsor.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and launch a MedTech product from concept to market.
• Iterate the product until product‑market‑fit is achieved.
• Lead scientific and technical strategy while scaling the business.
• Work closely with serial entrepreneurs and unicorn founders for weekly sparring.
• Participate in hiring top talent through a network of 50,000 professionals.

Required profile

• Based in Europe or the Americas (or willing to relocate).
• Ready to take full responsibility for a startup and aim for €100M+ revenue.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
